Key Role: Talent Acquisition Professional

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to drive strategic hiring initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of talent acquisition, leadership hiring, niche talent sourcing, and pipeline development aligned with evolving business needs.

  • End-to-End Recruitment Management : Lead the full-cycle recruitment process across various functions with expertise in technology and manufacturing hiring.
  • Leadership & Niche Hiring Expertise : Proven experience in executive search, headhunting, and closing mid-to-senior level positions with competitive compensation packages.
  • Talent Pipeline Development Strategist : Develop and maintain a strong pipeline for senior and critical roles to minimize time-to-hire and optimize resource allocation.
  • Innovative Sourcing Methods : Leverage advanced sourcing techniques such as social media platforms, professional communities, referrals, industry events, and AI-driven recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate & Stakeholder Experience Manager : Ensure a seamless, engaging, and professional candidate journey while partnering with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver results.

The role involves workforce planning, candidate engagement, and ensuring hiring excellence that contributes directly to employee satisfaction and organizational growth.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Owning the screening process and first-round interviews including cultural and competency assessments to ensure strong profiles move to final stages.
  2. Mentorship & Performance Management : Guide and mentor junior recruiters, build a high-performing TA team, and drive adoption of recruitment best practices.
  3. Data-Driven Decision Making : Track recruitment metrics (TAT source effectiveness candidate satisfaction) and integrate insights into decision-making.
