Talent Acquisition Expert

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with stakeholders, and leveraging recruitment technology to ensure a seamless candidate experience while hiring for mid to senior-level roles across engineering and support functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle across technical and non-technical functions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand talent needs and workforce planning requirements.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, and passive candidate engagement initiatives.
  • Manage vendor partnerships to ensure quality hiring outcomes and optimize costs.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools for reporting and insights.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives, campus hiring programs, and internship pipelines.
  • Deploy psychometric and technical assessment tools to support fair and effective selection.
  • Implement and enhance recruitment automation / AI-based screening solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Track, measure, and report recruitment metrics to leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a shared services setup.
  • Proven track record of hiring for engineering and support functions at mid to senior levels.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and vendor management capabilities.
  • Exposure to psychometric and IT assessment platforms.
  • Experience in campus hiring and early talent programs.
  • Familiarity with recruitment automation / AI-enabled tools is a plus.
Preferred Certifications:
  • Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, or any relevant HR certifications will be an added advantage.
