As a Growth Leader, you'll drive user and revenue growth across various channels. You'll experiment with paid, organic, product, partnerships, and more.
- Run experiments to acquire, activate, and retain users.
- Manage campaigns across ads, social media, email, SEO, content, and referrals.
- Analyse data to optimize performance.
- Work closely with teams to improve funnels and conversions.
We're looking for someone with 0-5 years of experience who's curious, hands-on, and loves learning by doing. You should be comfortable with numbers and testing hypotheses, as well as getting scrappy when needed.
You'll get a front-row seat to how a startup scales, freedom to experiment, mentorship from experienced growth leads, and ownership of your ideas.
