Key Account Manager (B2B) & Growth Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager (B2B) and Growth Professional to lead our expansion in the education sector. This role involves overseeing B2B relationships with educational institutions, driving growth, and ensuring consistent engagement with clients.

  • Account Management:
    • Oversee and manage B2B relationships with educational institutions like colleges and universities.
    • Ensure smooth communication and consistent engagement with clients.
  • Business Growth & Expansion:
    • Take ownership of growth in your designated region.
    • Work on strategies to onboard new clients and ensure sustainable growth.
    • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Onboarding New Colleges and Universities:
    • Lead the onboarding process of new educational institutions.
    • Help institutions understand how our platform can enhance their services.
    • Manage and support institutions during the initial stages of adoption.
  • Training & Development:
    • Provide necessary training and support to clients.
    • Maintain and manage CRM systems to track progress, client issues, and feedback.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
    • Regularly analyze growth metrics and ensure goals are met.
    • Share timely updates with internal teams and clients about performance, issues, and opportunities.
  • CRM Handling:
    • Maintain CRM systems and ensure all information is updated and accurate.
    • Handle client queries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in EdTech or Portal Promotion.
  • Prior experience in managing B2B accounts, especially within the education sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and manage accounts effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of the EdTech industry and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • A result-driven mindset with a passion for growth.
