Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee a large team of professionals, focused on serving Banking and Finance clients in Data & AI space.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in management consulting, presales, and stakeholder management, along with proven experience in delivering complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple projects within the Banking and Finance sector.
  • Manage and lead a large team of resources, ensuring timely delivery, financial management, and quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their strategic objectives and ensure alignment with delivered solutions.
  • Provide expert consulting services to Banking and Finance clients, assisting them in transforming their business processes and IT strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and help clients navigate digital transformation and Data & AI initiatives.
  • Lead Sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.
  • Drive the expansion of the portfolio by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Own a large portfolio, ensuring profitability and responsible financial management.
  • Track financial performance, including revenue, margin, and cost optimization.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of project managers, consultants, and technical professionals.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through continuous learning, development, and employee engagement.
  • Continuously assess and enhance delivery frameworks, methodologies, and tools to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive innovation by adopting emerging technologies and best practices in IT service delivery.
