Customer Relationship Manager

SUNROOF TECHNO COMMERCIAL is seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Manager to foster strong relationships with key customers, driving business growth and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain profitable relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Oversee the customer relationship management process, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers, utilizing CRM programs to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, applying this knowledge to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales and accounts teams to ensure alignment and effective communication with customers.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to increase revenue and expand the customer base.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or marketing.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer relationship management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including CRM software.
  • Superior product knowledge and a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
