Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers and providing advice and guidance on financial solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs and provide personalized advice and guidance on financial solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that customers have a positive experience in our branch.
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with our products and services and be able to provide expert advice to customers.
- Identify opportunities to improve our customer experience and implement changes to enhance our service.
Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary; post-secondary degree or certification in a related field of study is desirable.
- High-level knowledge of personal, commercial, and partner offers and how each can best serve customers' individual needs.
- Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and connections with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $33,850.00 - $43,500.00.
