Strategic IT Sales Manager for US Market Expansion

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager in the US IT Staffing market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand our presence in the US IT Staffing industry
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships while identifying new opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Build and leverage a network of Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners to supplement our sales capabilities
  • Cold calling, price negotiation, and closing skills are essential to driving sales performance

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven bench sales experience in the US IT Staffing market with a strong understanding of US staffing business, bench sales, and recruitment process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet quotas
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software quickly
  • A high-energy and passion-driven approach to sales with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
