Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced banking trainer to join our team at Centum Learning. As a strategic banking trainer, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for bank employees.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 3-5 years of training experience in a bank or large NBFC. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of asset, liability, and fee-based products, as well as selling and other branch banking processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs for bank employees
  • Develop and implement effective training strategies to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure training effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on training activities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A post-graduation or graduation degree in commerce, science, or engineering
  • A certification in advanced banking courses from reputable institutes (desired)
  • A strong background in retail banking with experience in induction training, corporate training, and visiting faculty roles
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a customer-facing environment

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is ₹10,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
