Outbound Sales Expert

At Formics, we are seeking a highly skilled Outbound Sales Expert to join our team. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth through proactive outreach and strategic sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound sales activities to establish new customer relationships
  • Understand customer needs and align product offerings to address them effectively
  • Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Use persuasive communication to influence potential customers
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure
  • Collaborate with marketing to align outbound sales efforts with overall campaigns
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs
  • Utilize CRM and other tools to track and analyze sales performance
  • Participate in regular sales training and skill enhancement programs
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer interactions
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
  • Negotiate and finalize deals with potential clients
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
  • Meet and exceed defined KPIs and sales targets
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in sales reporting and documentation
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record in outbound sales and meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Indepth understanding of sales strategies and techniques
  • Experience in prospecting and lead generation
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and understand technical product offerings
  • Resilience and persistence in pursuing sales opportunities
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and sales-related events
