Job Title: Tele Sales Specialist

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Outbound Calls:
  • Engage with potential customers to introduce our products/services and gather feedback.
  • Present information about product features, benefits, and pricing in a clear and concise manner.
  1. Lead Generation:
  • Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and engagement techniques.
  • Capture and record relevant customer information for further follow-up and analysis.
  1. Sales Pitch:
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches to encourage product/service adoption and meet sales targets.
  • Address customer queries and objections to secure sales and build strong customer relationships.
  1. Achieve Sales Targets:
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by consistently achieving sales milestones.
  • Strive to maximize revenue through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
  1. CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent communication and support.
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals.
  1. Product Knowledge:
  • Stay informed about the features and benefits of our products/services to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Continuously update knowledge to address customer inquiries effectively and provide solutions.
  1. Follow-Up:
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with potential customers to nurture leads and drive sales.
  • Nurture leads through the sales funnel to closure and meet sales targets.
  1. Sales Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and achievements to management and stakeholders.
  1. Adherence to Scripts and Guidelines:
  • Follow predefined scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency in communication and sales practices.
  • Adapt scripts as necessary for different customer interactions and sales scenarios.
  1. Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with team members and sales managers to optimize sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Participate in training sessions and skill development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  1. Feedback and Improvement:
  • Seek feedback from customers and incorporate it for continuous improvement and growth.
  • Stay open to coaching and training for personal and professional growth to achieve sales success.
