Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls:
- Engage with potential customers to introduce our products/services and gather feedback.
- Present information about product features, benefits, and pricing in a clear and concise manner.
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and engagement techniques.
- Capture and record relevant customer information for further follow-up and analysis.
- Sales Pitch:
- Deliver compelling sales pitches to encourage product/service adoption and meet sales targets.
- Address customer queries and objections to secure sales and build strong customer relationships.
- Achieve Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by consistently achieving sales milestones.
- Strive to maximize revenue through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
- CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent communication and support.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the features and benefits of our products/services to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Continuously update knowledge to address customer inquiries effectively and provide solutions.
- Follow-Up:
- Conduct timely follow-ups with potential customers to nurture leads and drive sales.
- Nurture leads through the sales funnel to closure and meet sales targets.
- Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and achievements to management and stakeholders.
- Adherence to Scripts and Guidelines:
- Follow predefined scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency in communication and sales practices.
- Adapt scripts as necessary for different customer interactions and sales scenarios.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with team members and sales managers to optimize sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Participate in training sessions and skill development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Feedback and Improvement:
- Seek feedback from customers and incorporate it for continuous improvement and growth.
- Stay open to coaching and training for personal and professional growth to achieve sales success.
