Customer Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Executive to handle a wide variety of tasks from client handling, transactions and multiple software systems. To be successful in this position, you should be a self-starter, delivering on deadlines and with attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance/Banking services with a strong foundation in accounting
- 1-2 years experience in Mutual funds back-office operations
- Knowledge of CRM software skills for Investwell, Wealth Elite and Happyness Factory/Profit proficiency
- MF research software (NGEN) - Basic skills to generate reports and add data
- NSENMF and Wealth Elite Knowledge of online transactions
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Interpersonal skills to clearly communicate with clients and team
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism
- NISM-Series-V-A Mutual Fund Distributors certification is a plus
- Knowledge of excel is essential to make charts, graphs, tables and use of formulas and functions
