At Bangalore Job Hub, we are seeking a skilled Customer Support Professional to join our team. As an ICS International Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with international customers via voice communication, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized support to international customers, building rapport and trust through effective communication.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Assessment, and Operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and performance excellence.
- Adhere to quality standards, ensuring each interaction meets or exceeds VT10-12 quality benchmarks.
- Utilize your experience to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of international customer support experience through calls.
- Proficiency in US Shift timings.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Ability to work from our office located in Electronic City.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain quality standards in customer support interactions.
