Customer Support Professional

At Lumen, we are seeking a Customer Support Professional to join our team. As a critical member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and owning the experience for our valued customers.
This exciting opportunity will allow you to exercise your excellent sales and service skills while growing within a leading technology company. As a Customer Support Professional, you will be responsible for fielding inbound online chats and calls from potential and existing customers, resolving complex questions, solving issues, and selling Lumen products and services as solutions for customers communication, technology, and entertainment needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in a customer-facing or sales environment, experience handling inbound/outbound calls and chat working with US process.
- Exemplary oral and written communications/comprehension skills in English.
- Background in a customer-focused or problem-solving environment Promotes and sells products and services to customers
- Ability to work independently without direct, onsite supervision Proficient in working with several computer applications and databases, managing through multiple systems programs and screens simultaneously
- Strong customer focus, problem-solving skills, and time management skills
- Experience in complaint handling and resolution
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly performance targets
- Proficient PC Windows-based computer skills. Experience in Microsoft Suite of products Minimum typing speed 35+ WPM
