CodeMarks Enterprises Private Limited seeks a skilled Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical assistance to our customers.

As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding users through product features and functionalities.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be able to establish trust with clients, and be familiar with help desk software.

The successful candidate will contribute to our reputation as a company that offers outstanding customer support throughout sales and after-sales procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, via phone, email, or chat.
  • Identify customer needs and provide assistance with feature utilization.
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions.
  • Update internal databases with information about technical issues and customer discussions.
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and offer assistance.
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure technical issues are resolved.
  • Gather customer feedback and share it with the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives.
Requirements and Skills
  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar role.
  • Familiarity with our industry is a plus.
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.

Computer knowledge is essential, including proficiency in email platforms, Slack, Trello, and Jira. The ideal candidate should be able to learn our software bundle and assist customers with technical issues. A high level of competence and aptitude are required to excel in this role.

The successful candidate will have experience in customer success, with a focus on providing exceptional support to customers. This is a work-from-home opportunity with a competitive salary.
