Job Title:

  • Proposal Specialist Lead

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Sales Enablement team.
  • This individual will be responsible for providing proposals support and independently managing production of high-quality RFP responses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proposals support and independently manage production of high-quality RFP responses.
  • Review RFPs and other client material to gain complete understanding of client requirements.
  • Work closely with the pursuit team to resolve open items during the proposal development process.
  • Perform final reviews of proposals drafts.
  • Assist with the development of templates, improved systems, and processes for measuring RFP success.
  • Carry out content management activities, including collecting and updating content for proposal database and extracting best practice content.
  • Prepare US Investment Consulting proposals (RFP/RFI/DDQ) based on the scope of services mentioned in client documents.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate or Graduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in pre-sales/bid management environment.
  • Experience working as part of bid teams in a professional services environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Exceptional customer service focus.
  • Advanced business writing ability with outstanding grammar and proofreading/editing skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good relationship skills, proven ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize time effectively.
