The Bid & Proposal Manager will play a pivotal role in securing contracts.

  • Manage the bid lifecycle from opportunity identification to final submission.
  • Conduct research to influence new business opportunities and create impact on business proposals.
  • Develop winning strategies that clearly articulate our value proposition.
  • Collaborate with teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Implement Gen AI in research tasks and day-to-day operations.
  • Craft impactful case studies, storytelling decks, and draft proposals.
  • Maintain a library of high-quality case studies and proposal assets.
  • Ensure bid governance, quality assurance, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Track bid performance metrics and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years experience in bid management, proposal writing, or business development within creative agencies, marketing services, or integrated communications.

Proven success in winning large-scale, multi-market contracts.

Exceptional storytelling, content writing, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with Gen AI, automation tools, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with agency workflows.

Understanding of marketing delivery channels.

Experience with procurement portals.
