Senior Fundraising Strategist

The Senior Fundraising Strategist will spearhead our organization's fundraising endeavors across various segments, including High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), Family Offices, Corporates/CSR, Foundations (India and international), and digital/community giving.
This role requires a seasoned professional who can develop a comprehensive 3-year fundraising strategy with targets by segment and by program, while also overseeing the full donor lifecycle from research to stewardship.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in launching or scaling new initiatives, particularly in research, education, skill development, and community empowerment. They will be fluent in budgets and unit economics, able to tell compelling stories with data, and navigate complex ecosystems with ease.
In this role, you will thrive if you can convert meaningful conversations into concrete commitments, are regulatory fluent and governance savvy, and uphold child safeguarding and ethical fundraising standards.
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a proven major-gifts and institutional track record, preferably in India and internationally. A Master's degree in Marketing/Business/Communications or related field, along with fundraising certifications, is highly desirable.
