We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to drive business growth.
About the RoleThe primary responsibility of this role is to grow revenue by converting customer interest into purchases, opening new retail accounts, and nurturing strong relationships with existing customers and partners.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to sales queries on website, Instagram, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage abandoned carts through personalized follow-ups and offers to increase sales.
- Support the customer journey from browsing to buying and repeat purchase to ensure customer satisfaction.
To measure success, the following KPIs will be used:
- Monthly revenue targets achieved (D2C + B2B).
- Number of new stockists/partnerships onboarded.
- Conversion rate improvement (from inquiries to orders).
- Customer retention and repeat purchases.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Key Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with numbers, including sales targets and reporting.
- Social, approachable, and customer-first mindset.
- Organized and proactive in follow-ups.
- Experience in fashion/lifestyle retail is a bonus.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and their impact on sales.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
