Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Customer Engagement Specialist. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires the ability to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and preferences through regular communication and outreach efforts.
- Present customized options and educational content to clients, focusing on buying/investment strategies and highlighting the benefits of working with us.
- Build rapport with clients by getting to know them, understanding their vision for the future, and identifying potential areas of growth and development.
- Educate clients on property investment opportunities and incentives available to them, providing expert guidance on various strategies and approaches.
- Provide exceptional customer service, facilitating smooth decision-making processes and ensuring timely follow-up communication to foster long-term relationships.
- Represent our organization with integrity at all times, consistently delivering value to clients and exceeding expectations.
- Pursue referrals and networking opportunities to expand our client base and drive business growth.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on competing properties and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Lead end-to-end sales initiatives from lead generation to closure.
Essential Skills:
- Proven sales experience with a track record of converting opportunities into closed deals.
- Superior communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
- In-depth knowledge of local markets and areas of operation.
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for daily meetings, meeting new people, and driving sales success.
- Experience in direct sales is highly valued but not required.
- The ability to understand client requirements and effectively pitch property solutions to prospects.
- High levels of passion and ownership, with a genuine interest in real estate and sales.
- A degree in any field or MBA is desired.
