HR Talent Strategist

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic-minded professional to join our Human Resources team.
This role is integral to our company's growth and success, responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies that align with our organization's objectives and values.
The successful candidate will handle approximately 300 employees, driving initiatives to attract, retain, develop, and engage top talent while promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and evaluate talent management strategies that support the company's long-term growth and business objectives.
- Leadership Collaboration: Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent strategies with the overall organizational strategy.
- Performance Enhancement: Design and manage performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
- Employee Growth: Identify training and development needs and create learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Culture Promotion: Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Succession Planning: Develop and maintain a robust succession planning process to identify and prepare internal talent for future leadership roles.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree: Master's degree in HR or related field is a must.
- HR Experience: 5+ years of proven HR experience.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align HR initiatives with overall business goals.
