Role OverviewThis is a full-time remote role for a Tele Sales Professional at Nidhi Decor. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, handling inquiries, providing information about products, and assisting with order processing.
Key Responsibilities- Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to discuss product offerings and resolve customer queries.
- Providing accurate information about products and services to customers, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
- Assisting with order processing, including confirming orders and addressing any issues that may arise during the process.
- Maintaining accurate call records and following up with customers as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
- Strong sales and persuasion abilities to meet sales targets and build strong customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales performance.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and ensure smooth order processing.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with experience in sales or customer service being a plus.
We estimate the salary range for this role to be around ₹300,000 - ₹500,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
