institutes across India. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our growing team and drive sales strategies, lead a team, and ensure high-quality service delivery.


Position Summary:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals while actively driving the sales strategy for the firm. You will ensure the team's success by setting sales targets, coaching team members, and overseeing business development activities. You will play a pivotal role in growing client relationships, closing new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the firm.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, performance reviews, and regular feedback.
  • Business Development: Proactively generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, conducting prospecting activities, and establishing relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns that align with the firm’s goals. Identify opportunities for expanding the client base and growing revenue.
  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and closing of deals. Ensure the team follows a structured sales process.
  • Target Setting & Reporting: Set and track sales targets for the team, and ensure the timely delivery of performance reports. Use analytics to drive decision-making and optimize sales performance.
  • Collaboration with Recruitment Teams: Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure the sales team’s understanding of client requirements, and the recruitment team's ability to deliver the talent needed to meet client demands.
  • Training & Development: Provide ongoing training to the sales team to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and overall sales effectiveness. Encourage a culture of continuous learning.



Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, with experience in a leadership or team lead role within the staffing and recruitment.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record in business development, sales pipeline management, and closing large deals. Experience in selling staffing solutions is highly preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing a sales team to achieve ambitious sales goals.
  • Negotiation Skills: Expertise in contract negotiations, pricing, and closing sales deals.

Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze sales data, measure KPIs, and optimize sales performance based on insights and trends.
