Key Responsibilities:

  • Make cold calls to identify and generate leads of prospective home sellers.
  • Clean up and maintain the existing database, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Research potential leads and identify opportunities for engagement.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and leads in the CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport with potential clients.
  • Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for senior real estate agents.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and improve lead generation strategies.


Requirements:

  • Office Timing: 6 AM to 2 PM IST / 8 AM - 4 PM IST
  • Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, or telemarketing (preferably in real estate).
  • Strong command of English with excellent communication and persuasive skills.
  • Experience working in the Australian or USA market is highly preferred.
  • Ability to handle rejections and objections professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other database management tools.
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
