**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to a designated list of contacts to promote our jewellery collections and special offers.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to enquiries with enthusiasm and provide exceptional customer service.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
- Effectively convey the value, quality, and design of our jewellery.
- Schedule appointments for showroom visits and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain and update accurate customer records in our database management system.
- Contribute to a positive and energetic sales team environment.

Pay: ₹9,280.01 - ₹12,000.00 per month
