Job Title: Senior Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled technical professional to deliver exceptional support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountability in handling customer issues and driving them to closure.
  • Being a technical expert in product upgrades and hotfix lifecycles.
  • Effective troubleshooting and logical reasoning.
  • Ability to handle escalated situations efficiently.
  • Scale as an individual contributor quickly.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and a team player.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Linux (various distributions) and Windows Server environments.
  • Experience in Networking, Security, and Certificate Management platforms.
  • Strong background in managing, deploying, and applying hotfixes/patches for applications and web services.
  • Experience working with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
  • Practical knowledge of shell scripting or Python for automation and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in Cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
