Technical Support Specialist

As a skilled technical professional, you will possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams features, functionalities, and best practices. Your ability to analyze and interpret data captures and trace logs will enable you to resolve complex customer issues in production environments.
This role involves utilizing your technical expertise to troubleshoot and reproduce intricate customer technical issues while serving as an advisor to the customer. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage troubleshooting tools and practices to deliver optimal solutions.
- You will work closely with Microsoft Engineering/Supportability teams to investigate product defects and contribute to the development of automation techniques and diagnostic tools that drive Microsoft product improvements.
- Providing top-notch support for the M365 suite of products, you will troubleshoot web and desktop applications, diagnose system issues, and isolate problems.
- In this role, you will adhere to standard procedures for escalating issues to the appropriate feature teams as required.
To succeed in this position, you should have:
- Proven experience as a technical support specialist or similar role with strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of Education tenant apps such as assignments, class notebooks, and School Data Sync is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities are essential for success in this role.
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems and escalation procedures is also desirable.
