This role is focused on providing expert technical support for the management of cash and liquidity activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the underlying application, releases, and infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional technical support and configuration services across multiple business areas under a dual-hat arrangement.
  • Support various working hours schedules as required, including overnight shifts and weekend work.
  • Document technical requirements and processes to capture configuration details.
  • Test and support technical systems and servers to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with software providers and adhere to established application standards.
  • Apply industry expertise and ensure solutions incorporate best practices.
  • Work closely with neighbouring technology and project teams to coordinate changes effectively.
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with vendor applications, including Smartstream Cash Management version 4, Control Process Designer, and Smart Schema.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Change Requests, CAB attendance, and weekend rollout of code changes.
  • Knowledge of Control M' application, jobs creation, administration, alerting, file move, file watchers, JSON, etc.
  • Oracle 19 SQL scripting and Oracle database concepts.
  • Linux shell scripting and support.
  • Packaging and managing configuration/code changes into releases and applying to production.
  • Jboss 8 server knowledge, configuration, and support, error log analysis, and WAR file deployment.
  • JMS Queue processing and principles.
  • Github software management and automated deployment via CI/CD pipeline.
