Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned CORPORATE SALES MANAGER to lead our high-value sales initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow corporate travel sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to onboard new corporate travel accounts and expand existing ones.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at these organizations.
  • Foster partnerships with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive revenue growth.
  • Create and distribute sales materials, case studies, and success stories to support the sales process.
  • Own and manage the sales pipeline, providing regular updates to senior leadership on progress and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Capture and share customer feedback on product offerings and features to inform future development.
Requirements:
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in B2B travel sales, with a proven track record of onboarding high-value corporate travel accounts.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Driven by revenue outcomes, with a focus on growing corporate travel sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to clients.
  • Independent thinker, able to formulate and execute sales strategies.
Estimated Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000-$150,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
