We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our team and help drive sales growth in the corporate sector.
The successful candidate will play a key role in acquiring and managing relationships with businesses and other institutions that require our green solutions. This includes identifying potential clients, promoting and selling Nurturing Green's products, and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Identify and approach potential B2B clients in various industries to promote and sell Nurturing Green's products.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to secure long-term partnerships.
- Lead Generation & Follow-up: Generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.) and follow up on business opportunities.
- Proposal & Presentation: Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with their space and aesthetic requirements.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the Sales Head.
- Market Research: Keep track of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities for expanding Nurturing Green's footprint in the corporate segment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Head and other teams (marketing, supply chain) to optimize the client acquisition process and product offerings.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduation from a reputable institute is mandatory; an MBA is preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industries related to lifestyle products, Home Decor, gardening, interiors, or corporate gifting.
- Location: Candidate must be based in Delhi/NCR.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively pitch and close deals.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and offer customized solutions.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure long-term contracts.
- Self-motivated: A go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Salary Range: ₹600,000 - ₹900,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
