Position Overview We are seeking an experienced new business Account Executive whose background is in sales in the domains of HR Tech / HR Saa S / HR Consulting. This individual will focus on acquiring new corporate clients for the growth of the company. The ideal candidate should have significant experience selling to Technology Services, Global Capability Centres and Consulting Services businesses in India. The candidate should have the ability to sell consultatively to both HR and Business teams, to enable our clients to discover the value of our platform. Key Responsibilities Email and cold / warm call prospective clients, after researching the leads and qualifying them appropriately Reach prospective clients through Social Media (Linked In) and other marketing channels Set up and attend meetings with clients, along with senior leaders in the company Understand the Trumio platform and be able to demonstrate the platform to clients Follow up with clients and act as their single point of contact till sale is closed Continue to liaise with client to meet their needs after sale, if required Work with internal teams to obtain all information required by clients to close the sale Be involved in marketing activities including attending exhibitions and managing booths, networking events and meetings with partners / potential partners Update CRM systems (Lead Squared) and other key systems in the company, and ensure regular reporting of activities and outcomes as per company policies and procedures Interact over various channels with senior executives in large corporates during the sales process to inform and build confidence in our platform What we are looking for 5-7 years of HR Tech / HR Saa S / HR Consulting sales experience to large corporates Should understand Talent Acquisition and Talent Development processes and tools from an employer and employee perspective Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment Strong interpersonal and consultative skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and build trust quickly Proven experience of acquiring new corporate clients Ability to contribute to internal and client teams during discussions Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with good presentation skills A natural people person who enjoys the art of selling and building and nurturing client relationships Communication and inter-personal skills are key to this role An individual who is “outcome driven” and finds solutions to problems Why Join Trumio?
