Senior Corporate Sales Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Corporate Sales Manager at Ayatana Resorts. Located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, this role requires strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive corporate sales revenue and achieve business objectives for Ayatana Resorts' hospitality business.
- Identify and target corporate clients, including multinational corporations, businesses, and organizations, to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of corporate sales initiatives and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Prepare and present regular reports and analysis on corporate sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities to senior management.
- Represent Ayatana Resorts at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote corporate sales and enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the travel industry, with at least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives.
- Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
Estimated Salary Range: ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
