**Job Title:** Digital Customer Onboarding Platform Manager
At HyperVerge, we are seeking an experienced and driven professional to lead the development and continuous improvement of our digital customer onboarding platform.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our vKYC solution, ensuring alignment with regulatory guidelines and business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, compliance, operations, and sales to translate market needs and user requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant product features.
A deep understanding of RBI and other regulatory norms is crucial, as you will be tasked with implementing features such as geo-tagging, liveness detection, timestamp validation, and secure video interactions to meet compliance standards.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or regtech sectors, with a strong track record of managing end-to-end product lifecycles, especially for digital KYC or onboarding solutions.
You will play a key role in analyzing user behavior and product metrics to improve customer experience, drive adoption, and optimize conversion rates. This role requires excellent stakeholder management, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to handle vendor integrations with OCR, face match, and verification APIs.
A background in engineering or business with an MBA is preferred.
