Customer Onboarding Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to play a key role in the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration with our operations and POS channels.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end customer onboarding, including verification and validation processes.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth merchant onboarding.
  • Coordinate with merchants to confirm details and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Work closely with operations and POS teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the onboarding process.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Aadhaar-based validation processes.
