We are seeking a skilled Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team.
- The Client Onboarding Specialist will focus on ensuring seamless client onboarding processes in line with regulatory standards and jurisdictions.
- This role requires effective communication with senior stakeholders to provide regular updates on changes in Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) areas.
- The successful candidate will assist clients in managing all KYC and account opening requirements, adhering to strict governance and controls.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in corporate settings, coupled with excellent communication and system knowledge.

This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in environments that demand high attention to detail and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operation level agreements (OLAs). The right candidate will be able to efficiently manage client onboarding processes while maintaining a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client onboarding processes from start to finish, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and jurisdictional requirements.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to stay informed about changes in KYC, AML, and AFC areas, and ensure timely implementation of these changes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences in relation to KYC and account opening requirements.
- Analyze and resolve any exceptions or issues that may arise during the onboarding process.
