Data Management & Compliance

Develop effective strategies for Onboarding data migration.

Possess strong knowledge of compliance requirements and document management functionalities within Onboarding.

Consulting & Problem Solving

Offer expert guidance on Onboarding best practices, empowering business growth.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Onboarding configurations and integrations, ensuring efficient operations.

Mandatory Skills

Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding is essential.

Experience integrating Onboarding with Employee Central and knowledge of integration between Recruiting and Onboarding modules are crucial.

Expertise in data migration strategies and execution is vital.

Knowledge of compliance requirements and ability to customize and configure Onboarding processes are must-haves.

Certification (Highly Preferred)

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 certification is highly desirable.
