SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors consultant with expertise in onboarding (ONB) 2.0 to join our team. If you have a passion for delivering impactful HR solutions and driving digital transformation, this role is ideal for you.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and implementing ONB 2.0 processes, including upgrades from ONB 1.0. This involves designing, implementing, and supporting complex business processes in SuccessFactors. The candidate must also conduct discovery sessions with customers to understand their business needs and propose best-fit solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement ONB 2.0 processes, including upgrades from ONB 1.0.
  • Design, implement, and support complex business processes in SuccessFactors.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with customers to understand their business needs and propose best-fit solutions.
  • Integrate ONB 2.0 with upstream and downstream systems, including third-party applications.
  • Provide best-practice guidance on customer processes and ensure smooth adoption.
  • Continuously stay updated with bi-annual SuccessFactors releases and guide customers through upgrades.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Certifications in ONB 2.0 and Employee Central are mandatory.
  • Additional certification in any other SAP SuccessFactors module is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ONB processes in global organizations.
  • Exposure to system development, analysis, and testing.
