About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Agile delivery efforts, leveraging strong expertise in Scrum Master practices and technical product ownership. This hybrid role blends leadership responsibilities with technical acumen, requiring a unique blend of skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Maintain and track sprint artifacts, velocity metrics, and backlog in Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Approve/manage Azure DevOps access, maintain security, compliance, and role governance.
  • Oversee sustainment and enhancement of platform integrations, custom boards, and automations.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks and work closely with developers.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, provide technical support, and maintain documentation (runbooks, knowledge articles).
  • Act as primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams to manage priorities and expectations.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in Agile practices, platform governance, and delivery efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO).
  • Strong hands-on experience with platform integrations, custom boards, and automations.
  • Experience in application sustainment, platform support, and working in large enterprise environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and leadership capabilities.
