Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to lead and manage software development projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and anchor Scrum Teams across various projects, ensuring successful delivery of software products that meet client expectations.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, executing projects according to agile methodologies.
  • Lead and motivate agile development teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to define and implement quality standards and processes.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the development teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology) with minimum 10 years of overall experience.
  • Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master in the IT industry with at least 5 years of experience in this role.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Mandatory Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
