Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead infrastructure projects from conception to financial closure. As a senior manager, you will be responsible for developing and reviewing detailed financial models, advising on project structuring, procurement strategy, bid process management, and concession agreements.

Our ideal candidate will have over a decade of experience in PPP transaction structuring, financial modelling, and advisory for government sector infrastructure projects. A master's degree in finance or an equivalent qualification is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead PPP transaction advisory assignments from conceptualisation to financial closure.
  • Develop and review detailed financial models for infrastructure projects.
  • Advise on PPP structuring, procurement strategy, bid process management, and concession agreements.
