Senior Project Lead

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Project Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects while ensuring seamless coordination between teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resource allocations, and deliverables.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and adhering to quality standards.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Facilitate and document project meetings, ensuring follow-ups are tracked.
  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and key updates to stakeholders.
  • Mentor and oversee team members, ensuring their professional growth and training.
  • Oversee and guide project teams, ensuring effective resource utilization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education and experience.
  • 4-6 years coordinating or managing projects in the IT industry.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience working with agile software development teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to learn and utilize new software as required.
  • Data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
