Job Title

This is a high-level IT role that oversees the entire lifecycle of various projects. The person in this position is responsible for ensuring timely delivery, monitoring KPIs, and controlling costs.


Responsibilities
  • Develop project governance frameworks to align with regulatory standards.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness, risks, and performance of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Drive cross-functional IT projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
  • Oversee multiple IT projects and track progress to achieve milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with RBI and NBFC-specific IT regulations.
  • Manage IT budgets and resources effectively.
  • Develop dashboards and MIS reports for senior leadership.
  • Implement change management best practices for smooth adoption.
  • Oversee IT vendors and service providers.
  • Continuously refine IT project methodologies.
  • Manage resources effectively, including capacity planning and conflict resolution.

  • Expertise in IT project planning, execution, monitoring, controls, and governance.
  • Strong ability in data quantification and analytics.
  • Designing KPI-driven metrics for IT projects.
  • Budgeting, planning, forecasting, monitoring, and cost-benefit analysis for IT projects.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of RBI guidelines and security policies.
  • Project management experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project tracking tools.

Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with technology platforms and APIs.
  • Knowledge of SQL and Excel.
