Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architectural teams on prestigious projects maintaining day-to-day client project contact
  • Be responsible for all aspects of technical service delivery for end-to-end project duration
  • Develop and maintain project design programmes and communicate resource needs
  • Manage project-related financials and resourcing data
  • Ensure quality control and contract administration processes are implemented

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of architectural experience with demonstrated project leadership
  • Proficiency in Revit and other design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp)
  • Experience in large-scale projects across sectors
  • Strong knowledge of Indian building codes and statutory compliance
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English)
  • Ability to manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and global colleagues
