Senior Data Scientist - Lead Machine Learning Projects

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead end-to-end machine learning projects from research and experimentation to production deployment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for complex business challenges
  • Leverage state-of-the-art research in machine learning and generative AI to drive innovation
  • Mentor junior data scientists and interns to help them grow with impactful projects
  • Collaborate across teams to turn insights into scalable products
Requirements
  • 5–7 years of experience in Data Science/Machine Learning roles
  • Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and core ML algorithms (Regression, Decision Trees, Gradient Descent, SVMs, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Python and frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch
  • Hands-on experience with transformer architectures and Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Familiarity with tools like Langchain or LlamaIndex for LLM-based applications
