Job Title: Agile Project Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead agile teams and drive successful project execution. As an Agile Project Lead, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, guiding teams in Agile adoption, and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Guide teams in Agile methodologies and ensure they adhere to Scrum principles.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, remove impediments, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, sprint velocity, and team performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and change management.
