  • He will be responsible for all Civil, Interior work and MEP works, ensuring seamless coordination with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Should have managed a team size of 20 nos of Engineers & Supervisors, providing guidance and leadership to ensure project success.
  • Experienced in Stone Cladding of Façade both Wet & Dry Cladding, possessing the necessary skills to ensure high-quality results.
  • He will be responsible for inspecting all interior fit out, finishes, FF&E, Loose furniture and comparing it with drawings and specifications, identifying areas for improvement.
  • He will measure and check the building materials in terms of quality and identify any defects and suggest ways to correct them, ensuring maximum value for the organization.
  • He will monitor and report work progress to the VP Engineering, providing regular updates on project status.
  • He will assist the Site team & Co-ordinate with PMO for verification, validation and certification of bills, streamlining processes and eliminating inefficiencies.
  • He will be responsible for QA & QC. Prepare snag list and follow up the contractors to de-snag and ensure handing over to the Operations Team, guaranteeing that all projects meet quality and safety standards.
  • He will co-ordinate with all vendor's sub-contractors and vendors for the quality of works at site, fostering strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • He will ensure that all works are carried out as per approved design drawings, documents, contract technical specifications and quality plans as per brand standards, maintaining a commitment to excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
  • He will be responsible and ensure the correct method statement followed along with the checklist in place, adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Conduct and monitor work progress on daily basis, tracking key performance indicators and making data-driven decisions.
  • Review the manpower requirement and allocated the work fronts, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing costs.
  • He will issue a non-compliance report and when notice any deviations/variance noticed at site, escalating issues promptly to mitigate risk.
  • He will monitor the material availability at site and forecast the material requirement and inform the PMO in advance, ensuring just-in-time delivery and reducing waste.
  • He will meet the schedule and targets as assigned by the VP and raise the flag on missing targets, promoting accountability and transparency throughout the organization.
  • He will track the planned vs Actual progress of each projects in terms of Schedule, Resources and Cost, analyzing trends and patterns to improve future performance.
  • Ensure safety and implement safe practice and make the site accident free zone, prioritizing employee well-being and safety above all else.
  • Co-ordination with Civil and M &E department and ensure smooth flow of works, fostering collaboration and open communication across teams.
  • Working knowledge of AUTOCAD & MS PROJECT is mandatory, possessing the necessary skills to manage complex projects and deliver results.
  • Should have handled project cost estimation, approvals, site expenses, coordinating with PMO, demonstrating expertise in financial management and project control.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Project Management: Minimum 14 to 17 years' experience as a Project Manager in Civil & Interior works execution from Retail Show Rooms, Hotels and Commercial Interiors.
  • Civil and Interior Works Execution: Experience in executing civil and interior works projects, including retail show rooms, hotels, and commercial interiors.
  • Team Leadership: Should have managed a team size of 20 nos of Engineers & Supervisors, providing guidance and leadership to ensure project success.
  • Quality Control: Experienced in conducting quality checks and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of AUTOCAD & MS PROJECT, with proficiency in using these tools to manage complex projects.
