Senior Project Coordinator

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Project Coordinator to oversee our pre-construction initiatives and drive successful project execution from planning to procurement. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for defining project scope, timelines, and priorities across multiple initiatives within approved parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, timelines, and priorities across multiple initiatives within established guidelines.
  • Lead planning, budgeting, cost control, and risk management efforts to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Maintain effective communication with consultants, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Collaborate on site logistics and execution plans to guarantee successful project outcomes.
  • Administer end-to-end project delivery aligned with forecasts and established baselines.
  • Develop procurement strategies, manage RFPs, tenders, BOQs, and site deliveries to optimize resource deployment.
  • Conduct cost analysis, rate evaluations, and BOQ preparation to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project coordination and pre-construction planning with a strong understanding of procurement processes and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively engage with consultants, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results.
