Job Title: Senior Project Management Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Management Professional to lead our projects across the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The role involves conceiving, planning, executing, and delivering projects in a timely and financially viable manner. You will be responsible for establishing effective governance systems, ensuring financial discipline in project orders, managing project profitability, and implementing robust project management practices in the region.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need excellent stakeholder management skills to foster positive relationships with customers, vendors, statutory bodies, locals, and internal stakeholders.

You will also play a key role in advancing our mission of sustainable and successful project execution in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the profit and loss (P&L) of the project, margin, and on-time delivery
  • Project Execution: Completion within budgeted cost, time, HOTO to OMS & Customer
  • Contract management: Zero LD and timely contractual communications
  • Design Review mechanism with vendors to ensure project deliveries meet contractual milestones
  • Implement and improve margin through cost optimization measures
  • Explore opportunities for additional revenue through additional scope, services, or claims
  • Manage all ESG risk through developers affecting the project delivery
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain relations with customer at all levels
  • Inculcate Safety & Quality culture – Zero fatal accidents, First time right & minimal COPQ
