Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team.

Job Description

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings. You will also work closely with the team to ensure the smooth execution of Agile methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8-12 years of experience as a dedicated and full-time Scrum Master
  • Excellent hands-on and understanding of SAFe Agile and ADO board
  • Hands-on experience in developing using ADO dashboard to track key Agile performance health KPIs
  • Effective communication
  • Action orientation and follow-through facilitation
  • Good hands-on experience with Agile estimating and planning techniques
  • In-depth hands-on experience in Sprint Forecasting
  • Effective in removing impediments
  • Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach
  • Working in SharePoint Technology preferably SharePoint 2019 Online experience is required
  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership
  • Facilitation situational awareness conflict resolution continual improvement empowerment and increasing transparency
