Senior Scrum Master/Project Manager Job Opportunity">

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scrum Master/Project Manager to lead our international project in Chennai as a Full Remote Senior Scrum Master with Project management experience.

Candidates must be fluent in English and possess the ability to lead projects using agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban to ensure iterative and flexible delivery.

The ideal candidate will have +5 years of experience as Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and expertise in creating metrics and dashboards using Azure DevOps.

Experience with PeopleSoft is an advantage but not required. The successful candidate will also have strong facilitation skills for agile ceremonies and be able to remove impediments and ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives;
  • Assist the team in understanding and implementing agile principles and practices;
  • Identify and resolve any obstacles that may hinder the team's progress;
  • Monitor the team's progress and ensure alignment with project goals;
  • Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) dashboards to track and visualize team performance, sprint progress, and project metrics;
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master degree;
  • Certified Scrum Master with +5 years of experience;
  • +5 years of experience as Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban, etc.):
  • Ability to lead projects using agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban to ensure iterative and flexible delivery;
  • Expertise in creating metrics and dashboards using Azure DevOps;
  • Experience with PeopleSoft is an advantage;
  • Experience in leading and guiding small to medium-sized development teams;
  • Strong facilitation skills for agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives;
  • Ability to remove impediments and ensure smooth project execution;
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to foster a productive work environment;
  • Fluent in English;
